Terms of Service

General

I, the artist, reserve the right to post the artwork on any of my social media.
I have the rights to the artwork, you have the rights to the character/item/object I draw for you.
I reserve the right to cancel any commission I do not feel comfortable with
As my client, you will be treated with respect, and I expect you to treat me the same way back. If you treat me poorly or violate my T.O.S. I will cancel the commission.
Please don't rush me. Commissions can take anywhere from a few weeks to a month, depending on how detailed it is.
Please do not change, modify, edit, copy or trace any of my artwork without my permission and don't claim the artwork as yours.
I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
Please provide credit to me if you upload it elsewhere with a link to my Deviant Art page.

I will let you know as soon as I've started.
After payment, I will begin drawing
Once I’m done with the sketch, I will send it to you for approval.
At this point in the commission, I am willing to make changes to the design and anything else I may have missed.
After the sketch has been approved, there will be no more major alterations done past this point unless I'm at fault or you pay extra as mentioned in Payment and Refunds.
Once I’m done colouring, I can make slight changes to the colours if you desire.
You will receive a fully digital piece of art.

All payments are to be made before I begin the commission
- Split payments may be possible upon discussion, but a down payment of half must be provided before I begin, with the other half being paid after the approval of the sketch.
I will not finish a commission if it has not been fully paid for.
You may cancel a commission at any time.
- You will get a full refund if the commission has not been started.
- You will get a partial refund if the commission has been started.
- You will get no refund if the commission is in the last steps.
In case I cancel the commission, you will get a full refund no matter how far I am.
Complex designs may come with an extra cost. You will be notified about it after I receive your request.
Major changes throughout the drawing process will also come at an extra cost. This includes:
- Major design and lineart changes after the sketch has been approved and I've moved on to lining and colouring.
